Slim SIM Connector
Slim SIM card connector is surface mount, without card detection switch and without a locating peg.
Slim SIM connector has 6 pins, operating temperature of -20°C to +85°C, with plastic housing material of LCP, contact terminal material of phosphor bronze and metallic shell material options of phosphor bronze or stainless steel.
Slim SIM connectors have a low profile height of 0.50mm and are packed in tape and reel.

"Zero height SIM card connector with a height above PCB of 0.5mm, including the SIM card. Standard SIM cards are 0.82mm thick, this mid mount connector reduces height impact to almost zero. This will be of benefit to designers who have previously had to resort to soldering the SIM card directly to the PCB to reduce height - the SIM 3050 reduces the height further and gives the flexibility to change SIM cards at will.
With 6 contacts SIM3050 is available in tape-and-reel packaging for volume manufacturing and withstands IR reflow at temperatures up to 260°C.
